What if the system goes down?
Your day’s schedule can be downloaded as a PDF in one click, and we generate it automatically every morning. If something fails you keep seeing patients from the printed sheet, the way you always did. You are never left depending only on us.
Will my older patients manage it?
They install nothing and create no account. They get a WhatsApp message, tap a time, done. And anyone who prefers to call still can: your front desk books it by hand and it all lands in the same place.
Does this replace my receptionist?
No. It takes the phone off their hands. What Kiin does (confirm, remind, reschedule) is exactly the part that interrupts your front desk all day. What it does not do is greet the patient who walks in, calm the one who is nervous, or handle anything off-script.
Can I still book manually?
Yes. Kiin doesn’t take control away: you can block hours, squeeze a patient in outside the schedule, or move an appointment in two taps.
What if I want to leave?
You take all your information in a file any other system can read, with no penalty. You tell us and that’s it.
Who answers when I have a problem?
The two of us, over WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time. No call centre, no ticket queue nobody reads.
