Conditions that apply to everything

CurrencyEvery price is published in both currencies, US dollars (USD) and Mexican pesos (MXN). The dollar figure is not a day’s-rate conversion: it is the price. We invoice in whichever one applies to you.
VATNo figure on this page includes it. In Mexico it is itemised on the invoice; outside Mexico, taxes depend on your country.
Payment methodsBank transfer, Stripe and Mercado Pago. Domestic and international cards.
InvoicingA tax invoice for every payment. Outside Mexico, the receipt that applies.
ContractAlways, even for the smallest project: scope, timeline, price and exit.
ValidityPublished prices may change; the one we quote you in writing is honoured for 30 days.

Pricing questions

Why publish prices when almost nobody does?

Because losing half an hour on a call to find out it is out of your budget is disrespectful of your time and ours. If the price doesn’t work for you, better to know it here.

Is there a discount for buying several things?

Yes, when it makes sense: a website together with Kiin, for instance, shares setup work. We tell you in the quote, without you having to negotiate it.

Do you take a deposit?

For websites, 50% to start and 50% at launch. For custom systems, per phase. For Kiin, the setup at the start and the monthly fee from go-live.

What if the project grows halfway through?

We quote it separately before doing it, never after. You will not receive an invoice for something you did not approve in writing.

Can I pay in instalments?

On larger projects, yes: a payment schedule is agreed in the contract. Not on the $300 package, because the domain and hosting are paid up front.
