1. Who we are

Neither includes VAT, and both may change without notice. A written quote is honoured for 30 calendar days from its date. 4. Contracting

Every service is formalised in a contract setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and grounds for termination. Where this site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

5. Ownership of deliverables

On payment of the agreed price, the deliverables specific to your project — design, content and code written for you — are yours. Domains and third-party service accounts are registered in your name. The tools, libraries and in-house components we reuse across projects remain PixanAI’s, and you are granted an indefinite licence to use them within the contracted project.

6. Third-party services

Some services depend on third-party platforms — WhatsApp API, payment gateways, hosting providers, artificial intelligence models — each with its own pricing, terms and availability. Their charges are separate from ours and their outages are outside our control.

7. Liability

We undertake to deliver our services with professional diligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, or use of the systems outside what was agreed. [Review the liability cap with a lawyer.]

9. Governing law
