1. Who we are

This site and the services offered on it are operated by Sergio Fernando González Aguirre, a sole trader registered in Mexico under the Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO), taxpayer registration (RFC) GOAS870406H33, with registered address at 3 Oriente #2409, Col. Azcárate, C.P. 72501, Puebla, Puebla, México. “PixanAI” is the trade name under which those services are provided.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. It may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt access to systems you are not entitled to, or to extract content in bulk by automated means.

3. Prices and published information

Published prices are given in both US dollars and Mexican pesos; the dollar figure is a price of its own, not a conversion at the day’s exchange rate. Neither includes VAT, and both may change without notice. A written quote is honored for 30 calendar days from its date. Information on this site is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer until a signed contract exists.

4. Contracting

Every service is formalised in a contract setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and grounds for termination. Where this site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

5. Ownership of deliverables

On payment of the agreed price, the deliverables specific to your project — design, content and code written for you — are yours. Domains and third-party service accounts are registered in your name. The tools, libraries and in-house components we reuse across projects remain PixanAI’s, and you are granted an indefinite license to use them within the contracted project.

6. Third-party services

Some services depend on third-party platforms — WhatsApp API, payment gateways, hosting providers, artificial intelligence models — each with its own pricing, terms and availability. Their charges are separate from ours and their outages are outside our control.

7. Liability

We undertake to deliver our services with professional diligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, or use of the systems outside what was agreed. In any event, and save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Puebla, Puebla, waiving any other jurisdiction.
